“Self-Care, Resilience and Reflection-A Cinema Medica-TIFF Documentary Workshop”
February 24th, 2018
Reflect on & Make a Documentary about Your Experiences!
This full-day workshop will engage students, trainees, and practitioners with various levels of experience in critical and personal reflection about their work in clinical settings. The first part of the day will focus on deep reflection, personal storytelling, and the interview process (in film). In the afternoon, participants will draw on these insights to create a collaborative documentary on the topic of “self care & resilience.”
The final piece will be edited by a TIFF facilitator and available for secure download within two weeks of the workshop’s completion.
During this session, participants will:

- Gain a deeper understanding of the ways in which they bring their personal selves to their professional work
