In today’s lunch we will explore how mindfulness can enhance self-care, therapeutic presence and inter-professional communication, by softening our defenses and deepening our compassion and empathy for ourselves and others. The session will include brief talks, meditation, journaling, reflection and sharing in pairs. Please bring a notebook or digital device to write with.”

Description: During this interactive ‘lunch and learn’ session, participants will have the opportunity to review key competencies of IP collaboration.
