The following document outlines the Acceptable Use Policy for the piano, as well as the procedures for booking the piano. Please direct any questions to the Office of Learner Affairs (OLA) at ola.reception@utoronto.ca.
Acceptable Use Policy
The piano may only be played weekdays after 5:00pm and/or before 8:30am (consistent with the MSB cafeteria hours of operation). This is to minimize disturbance to classes and staff who have offices in the vicinity.
Please wash your hands before playing the piano.
Please do not have any food or drinks on or near the piano.
Please remember to lock the piano after use.
Please do not share the combination or location of the piano locker.
If you notice any damages to the piano, please report damages immediately via email to OLA Reception.
